Y Stock  A slang term for American depository receipts.  See also F STOCK.

yard  Industry slang for one billion units of a currency.  Derived from the word “milliard,” which is the British equivalent of billion.

Yellow Sheets  Historically, a bulletin published daily by the National Quotation Bureau that provided a list of market makers and their respective quotes for over-the-counter corporate bonds.  Printed on yellow colored paper. 

yo yo stock  A slang term for a highly volatile stock, as in This ZVZZT has been a yo yo ever since the earnings report.
